City Package

 Please note the following package conditions clearly before booking.
Australia
- Brisbane I. Package rate is included :
- Cairns 1. Round trip transportation such as by air, by bus, by sea or by train.
- Gold Coast 2. Hotel accommodation.
- Perth 3. Round trip transfer between airport and hotel as specified in the itinerary, price list or others inform- 
- Port Douglas ation list.
- Melbourne 4. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or welcome drinks specified in the itinerary, price list or others information 
- Sydney list.
Africa 5. Sightseeing tours (full-day or half-day tour), as specified in the itinerary, price list or others inform-
* Egypt  ation list.
* Kenya 6. Travel insurance. 
* South Africa 7. Hotel service charge of 10% & government tax of 5% - 10%.
* Tanzania 8. TIC of Hong Kong Levy of 0.3%.
Asia
* Burma (Myanmar) II. Package rate is NOT included :

* Brunei

 1. All airport security charge, fuel surcharge, departure taxes, other travel taxes, passport and visa

* China 

fees.
* Cambodia 2. Meals, unless specifically offered in the itinerary.
* Indonesia 3. All other expenses, such as telephone calls, liquor, soft drinks, optional tours, room services, 
* India excess baggage and any other personal items.

 III. Currency :
* Laos All package prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollar. 
* Malaysia
* Nepal IV. Reservations :
* Philippines 1. Reservations should be made through our company at least 14 days in advance of departure. Late 
* Singapore bookings up to 3 working days in advance will be accepted but are subject to the availability of
* Sri Lanka accommodation and airline flights, bus, boat, or train. If package booking is made within 3 working

* Taiwan

 days, it is not accepted.
* Vietnam 2. Late bookings must be guaranteed full payment by travellers. This payment is non-refundable. If 
C & S America package booking is not confirmed, full payment will be refunded.
* Argentina
* Brazil V. Deposit and final payment :
* Chile 1. Booking is made 21 days or more before departure.
* Colombia Deposit at least HK$500 per person will be collected.  
* Guyana Final payment at least 21 days before departure.
* Honduras 2. Booking is made 7-20 days before departure.
* Mexico Deposit at least HK$500 per person will be collected.
* Peru Final payment will be collected immediately upon booking confirmation.
* Puerto Rico 3. Booking is made 3-6 working days before departure.
* Venezuela Full payment will be collected at time of booking.
Europe **  Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled by travellers.  **

* Belgium VI. Amendment :
* Czech. Rep. After travel documents are issued, any subsequent changes are subject to an administrative fee of
* Denmark HK$400 per person per amendment.
* France
* Germany VII. Cancellation :
* Italy After travel documents are issued, travellers cancel their package that are subject to pay cancella-

* Portugal 1. 10% of package price for 10 days or more before departure.
* Russia 2. 50% of package price for 3 - 10 days before departure.
* Spain 3. 100% of package price for less than 3 working days before departure.

* United Kingdom VIII. Refund  :
Mid-East Package refund must be applied for within 7 days of departure date. Refund may need 3 months
* Jordan for processing of package organizers.
* Manama - Bahrain
* Turkey IX. Child & infant  :
* UAE - Dubai 1. Child price is quoted for the age under 12 years on the date of departure.
North America 2. An infant (under 2 years of age) will be charged at infant rate. Please check with us for price details.
* Canada Infant rate is paid for transportation cost only.
* USA
New Zealand X. Change of package products :
- Auckland No change can be made unless by the organizers in accordance with the provisions herein. 
- Christchurch Unused portions of package and any extension nights including hotel accommodation, sightseeing,
- Queenstown tours or other items.
- Rotorua
- Wellington XI. Special requests  :
Special requests such as meals in-flight, room location or a particular view, late check-out, etc......

Site-index Baggage not exceeding 20 kg per person is allowed. Excess baggage must be paid by travellers.

We cannot be held responsible or be liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of package 
prices if any traveller is refused entry by any country before departure or during the travelling for
whatever reason, including but not limited to non-possession of valid travel document and necess-
ary visas

XV.

Responsibility :
All arrangements for the provision of transportation, accommodation and other services are made
by us through airlines or local agents. Transportation, accommodation, local tour programs and 
other services are subject to change with local conditions such as traffic jam, flight delay and 
typhoon. We will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred due to delay, sickness, weather, 
strikes, war, quarantine or any other causes beyond our control; such as losses and expense 
shall be borne by the travellers. We reserve the right to alter route, itinerary and/or accommodation
without prior notice to the travellers.
